Our History

   Stamco Industries, Inc. was founded in August of 1983 as a supplier of medium to heavy gage stampings and assemblies. Mr. William Sopko purchased the assets of a closed stamping facility, which had 107,000 square feet of capacity, and a wide range of single-hit presses with tonnages to 1500 ton capabilities. Mr. Sopko then hired 6 key employees which had gained many years of experience in the metal forming industries, many of which were accumulated in the same facility purchased by Mr. Sopko.

  

 Stamco Industries, Inc. was officially in business. This initial “team” did all duties necessary to produce the quality parts their customers needed, with “on-time” deliveries a standard way of doing business. This humble beginning of working together to meet customer needs established the “teamwork” mentality that still exists today.
