Our fully-staffed Engineering Department covers the wide range of requirements needed to support a full-capacity metal stamping company. Their expertise in tooling design, process improvements, manufacturing engineering and electrical systems keep us abreast of the latest technological advancements.
Additionally, their multiple years of experience allows us to utilize the knowledge acquired in tooling design, development, and implementation.
Using the latest software support systems, including AutoCad Mechanical for drawings and Autodesk Inventor for 3-D capabilities, our Engineers are able to create tooling and production systems for maximum production efficiencies

Facilities:

  Our manufacturing facility located just outside of Cleveland, Ohio has gone through a number of expansions, and has grown to over 125,000 square feet. Additional capacity is available through expansion if needed, but our continual improvement processes have created a sizable amount of available space and production capacity. Our excellent location allows us the ability to cover the majority of the Midwest within a few hours drive.

Stamco has a fully staffed tool room to maintain dies in production-ready condition; heavy-duty material handling equipment including overhead cranes and indoor steel bays; and the latest in packaging and shipping capabilities including barcode labeling to the strictest standards.
